I HIGHLY recommend True Steam! Andrew came to our home on time and prepared for a tough cleaning of carpet. With 4 young children, clean carpet is a luxury and True Steam delivered. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Our carpet looks better than expected, and we cannot express how satisfied we are with this service. We look forward to getting our upstairs done as well.

Got my carpets cleaned this week and they look great. Great price, communicated well, on-time and very thorough. Tan carpet looks almost brand new and it’s 15years old. Will use again in the future.
