Professionalism from start to finish, which I appreciated & my roof looks fantastic. It was tested really good we had those heavy winds and rains. I did go check on things and everything was perfectly dry. The workers were respectful of our property, home, and us. They worked really hard & nonstop I had to call them down to have their coffee or lunch which they appreciated. The best part I didn’t have to deal with insurance company etc, they took care of everything. I highly recommend Shanco Roofing if I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Roof damage spotted by drone camera and verified by physical examination. Shanco worked with my insurance company and adjuster to provide roof replacement within days. Shanco provided roof materials from GAF an industry leader. Shanco also identified missing roof protection that was not provided by my previous roofer. Very pleased with the final results, clean-up and invoicing.

He explained our different options and gave us his recommendations. He was quick to respond via calls and texts to questions I had after our initial meeting. He worked with me to schedule the job on a day that worked with my schedule. When the crew showed up they put down tarps all around the house to catch the debris from removing the old roof. The speed at which they got the job done while not skipping any of the small details was impressive. When they left you would never know anyone had been here. Howard came by after the crew had gone to follow up and be sure we were satisfied. I have not found single stray nail or piece of debris in the yard. .
