Start of to say, my family had a very positive experience with Justin Pines (their Service Tech). It was excellent. Key points. While it took a few days to get an emergency appointment with Michael & Sons, strangely enough we had tried multiple companies and Michael & Sons was by far the most responsive and reasonable one we found. The Tech - Justin Pines was amazing. Extremely thorough. Sub freezing weather made for all sorts of possibilities. He checked them all. Made sure our system under the house had no broken or damaged pipes checked out our garage. He checked the Well and Water pump. Checked everything, finally finding the issue and repairing it. Another thorough check of the entire system again once it was working. Also he returned (at no additional charge) a week later just to make sure everything was still functioning up to his standards. The expertise and professionalism of this tech is possibly the best I have seen. Thank you

Paul and Dwayne did a fantastic job today! As a new customer who just moved to the area, I didn't know what to expect. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They fixed up our electric panel, did a test on all of our outlets, and even were able to replace a bathroom fan just before they left that wasn't on the ticket. There was clear communication about scheduling and timing from the office staff as well. I would definitely recommend Michael & Son Services!

Andrew did a great job! I can't even imagine how he got that monster in there! Much less, worked in such a tight space to get it done. We are excited not to have to worry about our 30 year old hot water heater any longer!

There was a power outage and when it was restored, my heat no longer worked. Called Eveready and they put me on the schedule for the next morning. Christopher and Joey are awesome. Christopher called me and gave me a 30 minutes heads up before he dropped by. They were really friendly and got to work fixing the issue and answered all the questions I had. They fixed the issue promptly and actually hung out for a bit after to ensure that all was well and that everything was working before they left. Would call Eveready again! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
