Charlie was very professional, welcoming and very very thorough during the pre-purchase inspection. In seconds he went straight to work viewing the property with his drone and dictating messages via his iPhone as to inspect the property. He did not mind my questions and he explained any of my concerns. Also along with the actual inspection report there were pictures submitted as well that were taken throughout the inspection. I would highly recommend Charlie as your inspector and Burgess Inspections as your go to for inspections. Also Ben was very friendly and very very thorough with scoping. Burgess was great! They offered extended services, one of which we went with, but they did not push back on any of them I declined. Shawn and Chris were both very efficient and friendly.
