My wife and I met with Charles who was friendly, honest and informative. He gave us valuable insight and a lot to think about. We were particularly impressed with his awareness of how the funeral industry must adapt to the changing preferences and expectations of what were once considered generational norms. Now our biggest challenge is getting our adult kids to talk about this to make sure our planning decisions meet our combined family wishes.

On Sunday my wife and I along with my dad met with Chuck Christopher at Bliley's to set up a pre-need contract for my father. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and provided us all we needed to know and answered all our questions. Although this is not a favorit subject I highly recommend the pre need route and working with Chuck through the process.

I've had the opportunity to use the services of Wilson & Associates on several occasions. I can honestly say that I could not have received better service anywhere on this planet! I trusted them with the remains of my precious mother, brother, favorite aunt and other loved ones & close friends. And, they did not disappoint me! I found Mr. Wilson & his staff not only to be very courteous, but also very thorough from start to finish. I consider myself to be someone who's very hard to please at times.
