3 Best Handyman in Richmond, VA

Ace has been really good to work with. Our handyman, Karl, was very nice, easy to talk to, and always punctual. He did a great job with our deck. When a snafu occurred as a result of one inside job, Ace helped by hiring us an electrician to fix it. Karl was flexible when we made adjustments to our requests regarding the deck. The owner, Bernie, also came out to our house on his own time to troubleshoot. I really appreciate their interest in making sure we’re happy. Also, Brooke whom I typically spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive.

This was my first time working with Ace Handyman Services but definitely not my last. Nikki and Karl walked me through the entire procedure and their work was excellent. On the administrative side, Zoie was equally helpful in making the entire process run smoothly. My thanks to Ace Handyman, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Ace Handyman Services is a phenomenal company! We’ve developed a great working relationship and Nickki Matthews is the bomb! Her attention to detail and work ethic is second to none! I highly recommend them and they will always be our handyman/handywomen crew.

Had them come out and look at replacing some wall panels. Everyone was great, from the nice lady who answered the phone to Dustin the tech. They communicated every step of the way. Showed up on time and responded quickly with what they could do. Unfortunately I needed a framer, but next time i have work around the house that needs to get fixed, will definitely be reaching back out to them. At the very least.. i can comment on the initial process which was great. If the rest of thier interactions are like that, then they are someone who I can reach out too with confidence.

Our technician, Seth, arrived on time. He did a neat and professional job on installing trim on our screened porch. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Chris was excellent with our job! He did a dry wall repair and a larger job converting a flex space to a third bedroom. He has excellent attention to detail and communication! He was a pleasure to work with.
