I went to go look at some storage units and was helped by Steven. He was great! He showed me multiple units on the property and gave me knowledge about another location that might be suitable for me due to where I live. After talking with Steven a little more I decided to go with his location even if it is a little further than the other location, He gave his personal opinion on what would be best with my situation and he wasn’t wrong! His customer service was great!
The process of securing the unit over the phone was fast and very pleasant. The foundation spoke with Steven on the 1st call with this location. He was really nice and accommodating. Absolutely phenomenal experience. I called, made a reservation and was taken care of with top notch customer service. Sean was outstanding!!! Steve was superbly awesome. I cannot say enough regarding their professionalism and expertise. I definitely recommend utilizing Extra Space Storage for your storage needs. Plus they gave me an excellent deal……Absolutely..THE BEST!!!!….Tim Our second call was with Byron and he walked us through doing the paperwork online. He was very polite and made the process very easy. The indoor unit is very clean and climate-controlled which is perfect according to our foundation's needs. The property is well managed and taken care of. So far, everything has been excellent, even the pricing.
Kyle is the man. He was very professional I needed a space for my motorcycle. The first space he rented to me was great, I went to put a bike in it, but the door was too small. I called him and he was not bothered at all that I had to transfer to a bigger unit. He was more than accommodating, and he was pleasant. Thanks.
