QUEZADA'S SALSA REVIEWS

Quezadas catered our spouse event and - oh yum!! The food was fantastic (and gluten free). All the ladies enjoyed the tasty salsas and choices of carnitas and chicken - and there was a veg option as well. Rice, beans, and a special cheese and corn blended dish “elote “ was extra yummy! Price very fair- $28/pp for 25 people, and the server left extra plates napkins and some utensils for us to take home extras!.

I decided to post my first review ever for Quezada’s Salsa. I’ve lived in Hawaii for over 15 years and I can say that this business is the only one that takes me back to my roots. The food is authentic Mexican, the real deal. The owners Mike and Jenn are very professional. And lastly, their prices are reasonable. I use their catering services quite often. They’re always on time and ready to deliver friendly and fast service.

Incredible, authentic Mexican food with the perfect amount of spices and seasoning for all palates. Highly recommend you book them often and early- do not miss the opportunity to meet this chef and enjoy this fantastic food.

The only thing more impressive than the amazing food service Memoirs will provide your wedding is the high integrity fashion with which they conduct themselves. Memoirs is a first class operation from top to bottom. The coconut mac crusted catch and beef entrees were incredible. Our Kualoa Ranch wedding guests flew in from all over the world, with guest after guest raving to us about the incredible food Memoirs served. Appetizers and bar service and staff were all superb. I recommend Memoirs for your wedding, special personal or corporate event in the strongest possible terms.

The people are absolutely amazing and the food even better. If you are searching for a caterer, stop your search, this is the place you need for your event. I've used them for two of my events and ALL the guests at both events complimented the food and serving staff. Memoirs made my events! Thank you Memoirs team.

We hired Kahai Street Kitchen to cater our BMW of Honolulu Center of Excellence event, and they exceeded every expectation. From the beginning, they were incredibly organized, communicative, and accommodating. They worked with us to create the perfect menu and even brought linens that matched our BMW brand colors, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely amazing, our entire team couldn't stop talking about it! The prime rib carving station was not only delicious but beautifully presented and became one of the highlights of the evening. They made the entire event feel effortless on our end, allowing us to actually enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about the details. I can't recommend Kahai Street Kitchen enough. Thank you for helping make our event such a success!.

I visited Waikiki in 2018 and the loco moco here was incredibly delicious (I think I visited after seeing it in a gourmet book written by Naoyuki Honda), so I revisited after 8 years, and it was just as delicious as ever. I think it will suit Japanese tastes! Highly recommended.

Delicious garlic chicken! The fried rice was flavored with five spice, which I’m not keen on but would be good if you like fice spice.
