Kevin was very patient and knowledgeable. Every other place we called was either unhelpful or wanted to charge an arm and a leg without any guarantee of them helping. My iPhone XS Max was turning off every few minutes and restarting. I found out the hard way that none of my photos were backed up. My husband and I both tried for hours and hours to get my photos off my phone every way we could think of. It took a lot of effort and patience, but Kevin was able to help us get the photos off of my phone. I am so very thankful! I highly recommend Shattered Mobile for all your phone repair needs.

Very quick an easy experience, I called Kevin and dropped off my laptop and he called me the next day and told me it was finish before estimated completion time. The prices are very fair and the service is definitely great. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend for repair service!! Our gaming systems HDMI port got bent and wasn’t working. They were able to replace the port, quoted me 2 day turnaround and got it done in less than 24 hours! Great team and great service!!
