Kory was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very respectful and laid everything out clearly. He made the process incredibly simple and adjusted the package as necessary based on what I was looking for. He even followed up and answered my subsequent questions quickly. I had an outstanding experience with the Vector Security Systems technician! He truly listened to my concerns and immediately understood the issue. His customer service was exceptional. Not only did he resolve the problem at hand, but he also took the initiative to fix other issues with the system that should have been addressed by the previous technician. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars for his service. I’ve been a loyal customer of Vector Security Systems since 2002, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my security needs. Thank you for your continued excellent service.

If you’re looking for someone who knows security systems inside and out, Rigel’s your guy. He installed my new security system perfectly then walked me through the touch screen, app and website. He gave me lots of tips and was able to answer all my questions. It was clear he has years of experience in this field. Plus he’s very nice and has great security stories to tell. I highly recommend this company and Rigel.

Rigel was an awesome installer! He was patient with us in deciding where we wanted things! He was knowledgeable in the equipment and how it worked so he made suggestions that helped us have a better system for our home. I truly enjoyed his installation and work. I would definitely recommend him if I could.

I also noticed that Jedi did an outstanding job mentoring Ethan and encouraging him to take initiative on his own. These two young men worked well together and it is evident that they respect STG and the businesses that they are servicing.

STG is awesome! Our technician John Leroy was professional, provided amazing service and was extremely patient working around our employees, clients and animals! We had a great experience with STG and would definitely recommend them.
