Providence Computers came to my rescue a couple weeks ago. I woke up one morning and my Dell Inspiron laptop won’t power up - complete black screen, no sound. (It worked fine the night before.). I tried three computer businesses before finding Providence Computers willing to look at it and return it to me within 2/3 days. They even suggested that it was a simple connection problem vs immediately worrying me with a dead motherboard or battery problem. I was able to drop it off that day and they called 3 days later - all fixed. They “removed the bottom cover, reset the motherboard, reinstalled cover, system post and boots into Windows 11… charge battery, at $100%.” All fixed. A couple weeks later and still working beautifully. They were friendly, polite and understanding. For those of us who are not “techno-savvy”, we appreciate that. I will bring all my computer problems to them from now on and have already referred a number of friends to them.

John Champe and his coworker (on laptops) were very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. John especially earned 5 stars, and he gave skilled, excellent technical customer service.

My laptop screen and hinge for the lid broke, I use my laptop daily so I stopped by MRO to see if they could fix it. The owner, Michael, was super kind! I showed him what happened right away and he took a look at my laptop. He told me that he could repair my laptop if I absolutely wanted him to, but he did let me know that getting a new one at this point would be a better option because of the my computer value and the cost of the repair parts/labor. He then pulled the information for laptops that are very similar to the one that is broken so I would know exactly what I would need. This man could’ve made so much money off of me because I don’t know much about computers, but he was super kind and did not charge me a dime. I took the information he had given me and went off to purchase my new laptop. Thank you so much Michael for all of your help and honesty. I HIGHLY recommend MRO Computers.

Mike and his team were extremely kind, efficient, and communicative when I brought my PC in after an AIO cooling system failure. With my rig being over 10 years old, I wasn't hopeful of my chances of finding a reasonably priced replacement part, but they were able to replace the failed part with a far more efficient fan without breaking the bank. They were they able to get me in and out within 24 hours and get me back to work. Will be coming back once I'm ready to build my new rig. Reply

I am very happy with the service I received at Electronics Overhaul. The keyboard on my gaming laptop was having an issue where my number keys were continually typing themselves and this was interrupting me during my classes. This issue was resolved and for a good price.

Brought in 3 desktop PCs with older OSs and they were able to make them functional again. Excellent service for a reasonable price and a short service time.

They were able to fix my jumbled cables, graphics card, and update my system quickly! Definitely recommend, the price wasn't bad at all.
