Chris Colvin and Thomas Heard arrived at 8:00 A.M to replace my Heat Pump, Air Handler and Thermostat. They were professional, polite and kind. They kept me abreast of the progress of the installation along with an education and comparative descriptions of how this new product was improved and efficient. I also got a mini session on using my thermostat and how I could download product information onto my phone. My neighbor also sought them out for future services. Actually, the entire staff from the receptionist, scheduler, accountant and technicians all provided outstanding services! The installation crew was on point with the arriving time, really careful with the disassemble the old system and installing the new one, excellent attentions to details every time the come to the hose they clean their boots and put covers on to preventing getting dirty the floor in the house, great customer service explain how the system work and also how the thermostat work. Just got my new HVAC system installed! Chris Kitchin, the comfort advisor explained the whole process to me on Sunday, 3/23...contract signed and system installed the next day. Their crew Key and Scot, were friendly, courteous and mindful of my condo as they placed floor coverings to protect the stairs and floors. The ac unit was in the attic, so imagine their hard work! They worked so hard to get my new system installed in 5 hrs. Their electricians, whose names I don't remember were great too. What a company to work with! Hoping to get them do the same on another property in the near future. I highly recommend RS Andrews Co. They cleaned after themselves, too!
