I could not only just give 5 stars. I felt compelled to write about how amazing and professional service I received from Michael and Jason. They showed up to my brand new construction home ready to work. They looked in EVERY nook in cranny of my home like it was 200 years old. They were extremely thorough and gave awesome new construction home advise like we were part of the family. Thank you guys so much!!! I 100% recommend Top Notch

These guys were such a great combination of professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain things and potential solutions to resolve issues. Definitely got my money's worth and learned quite a bit.

Michael's experience is absolutely perfect for inspecting homes. He was early, professional and thorough in the inspection and report. If I end up staying in the Chesapeake VA area I'll certainly ask for Michael again.

I had an inspection done for a property I was interested in buying, Well Housemaster saved me a world of trouble. needless to say I didn't go with that house. a week later I found another so I had to call housemaster again because the inspection was so very thorough with descriptions and pictures of findings and offered suggestions, and professional advise. money well spent. Thank you Housemaster!! you will be highly recommended.

HouseMaster Home Inspection is an awesome company. John is a detailed home inspector that provided us the inspection results we needed to present to our builder for our 1 year warranty fixes. There was no way that we would have been able to find the items that needed to be repaired with John’s help. Thank you so much for providing a great service. Michelle is wonderful, friendly, and makes setting up appointments a breeze. Since Trevor did my last 2 inspections I will put the spotlight on him. I was more than satisfied and impressed with Evan’s professionalism and thoroughness! He was so friendly and easy to talk to and his sense of humor was the best!! They were there early and had inspected everything on the outside and even used a drone to get an aerial view of the roof and the bldg...truly impressive! He answered every question I had written on my paper before I could even ask. He explained everything to my understanding. I had a very thorough inspection report in my email the same day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND EVAN!!!

Evan was personable, professional, timely, listened and answered my questions during home inspection for a house I'm purchasing. The report was sent almost immediately after the inspection with details of all problems found. The pictures were clear, report was easy to read and organized by categories. He came highly recommended by my agent and I would definitely use this company again.
