Precision just completed a full repipe of our home. Every technician involved in the project was extremely kind and respectful. Eddie was exceptionally wonderful. He walked me through the process step by step with so much kindness and respect for me as the home owner. He went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was perfect. There were many set backs to the project due to the construction of our home and they navigated each one with excellence and flexibility. They didn’t charge us any additional money even though the job ended up taking more days than expected. When there was a particularly difficult challenge, Paul, the owner himself, came out to the house to help and was able to work out a solution. I could not be more pleased with the experience we had and will certainly be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company! I have used them for several years and have never been disappointed. Their team have all been polite and professional. I called them yesterday afternoon as we were getting ready for a snowstorm because a pipe had burst in my garage. They explained with the storm coming they weren’t sure if they’d be able to make it the next day or not, but they called before my schedule time to say they would be on their way. They explained what they would be doing and my cost plus parts. Even working outside in the freezing temperatures, they stayed pleasant. Thank you!

Called Ali-Cor since they were recommended by a friend. the Company was very responsive and helpful. Brandon provided service to us on 3 occasions (one time was an emergency) and he was quick, efficient and professional. His office staff were also super helpful in liaising and getting appointments set up. Great service all around.

Mike did an amazing job removing an old pedestal sink and installing a new vanity. He had to troubleshoot the placement of the p trap and then the faucet, after which everything worked and looked great! These guys always do an awesome job.
