DAVID CHU’S CHINA BISTRO REVIEWS
Just had a delicious dinner here on our long car ride home. The wait staff was very attentive, our order arrived in good time, and the food was delicious. Everyone in my family agreed, even the kids! They said it beat our local Chinese Food Restaurant. The dishes are pretty big so we had enough leftover to snack for the long drive home. If I lived closer, I would frequent this place often!
We had the sesame chicken fried rice with hot and sour soup and the sweet and sour chicken with egg drop soup. All was great. David Chu's is quite possibly the best sit down kosher Chinese. It is by far my favorite.
We went to David Chu's for an anniversary dinner. I decided to try Beef with Basil, a dish I hadn't tried before. It was excellent. The place was packed a testament to this restaurant's staying power due to delicious food, reasonable prices, and good service.

ORIENT EXPRESS REVIEWS
We’ve gotten takeout from here over a dozen times since last summer. We’ve also dined in once. It’s been very good every time! (I’m not sure what’s up with these reviews.) Our online orders are always ready quickly, even during dinner rush. The employees we have interacted with are perfectly courteous. The interior is nice and pretty clean; there is more dining space upstairs. Dine-in service was casual but friendly & attentive. The food is great. Our favorite dish is the Chicken with Szechuan Pepper! We also enjoy the Pork Lo Mein, the Chicken with Mixed Vegetables, the Pepper Steak, the Egg Rolls, and the Wonton Soup. We’ve been happy with the portions and prices.
Can't comment much on the authenticity of this place, but it's a staple for a reason. It's the classic "chinese takeout" joint thats a safe, fallback option for Hopkins students. It's open pretty late too, if I remember correctly. The portion sizes are large and the prices are standard. Don't expect to be surprised, but "there's always Orient".
We used Orient Express as the location of our "rehearsal lunch" for our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art down the road. We had about 25 people in the upstairs part and we ordered several dishes per tables. Everything tasted amazing - as expected, and it was a really nice space for people to get to know each other. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The management was also very kind and easy to work with to set this up.

NIHAO REVIEWS
Really delicious meal - top floor, fantastic service and food in a beautiful setting. Best dishes imo - cucumber salad, shrimp dumplings, chive dumplings and lettuce wraps. Generous portions, nice flavors - not your average American Chinese restaurant. Very special.
Very good Chinese restaurant indeed. All ingredients are fresh, which is not usual in many Chinese restaurants, and cooking is not overdone, which is again unusual. Many Chinese restaurants over fry their food, not his one. Taste was authentic. The Xiao long Bao is one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend it
My husband and I already loved NiHao when we planned our wedding welcome dinner with them in their third floor private dining room. Our dinner that night blew us away. The food, the service, the ambiance - it was all a dream. If you are looking for a place to host an incredible, intimate dinner, look no further. Thank you NiHao!
