PF Chang’s continues to set the standard for quality dining and customer experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was intentional, professional, and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delivered exactly as ordered hot, well presented, and on time. What truly stood out was Manager Z’s leadership. You can tell when a restaurant is well run, and this location reflects strong operational oversight. Manager Z was visible, engaged, and proactive in ensuring guests were satisfied. That level of hands-on leadership directly impacts service quality, and it showed. Customer service today is rare but here, it was consistent, respectful, and elevated. Manager Z clearly understands hospitality, accountability, and team culture. Outstanding experience. We’ll definitely be back.

P.F. Chang's Valentine's Day Prix Fixe menu ($89.99 for two) is a highly rated, high-value experience that successfully blends signature classics with elevated specials. The five-course journey starts strong with a chef's choice sushi selection—often featuring fresh spicy tuna or California rolls—followed by reliable, comforting signature soups. The BBQ Pork Spare Ribs are a standout appetizer, frequently praised for being tender and flavorful, while the main courses offer a choice between the consistently savory Mongolian Beef and the premium, highly-rated Black Pepper Filet. The meal concludes perfectly with the new Butter Cake, which diners describe as a "must-try" for its moist texture.

Today after a few years, I finally got a chance to meet up with one of my good girlfriends. We decided to go to P.F. Chang’s in White Marsh and it was beyond an incredible reunion. The ambience along with having an awesome server like Mason that added to our lunch.

Great food, excellent service, we were seated immediately, and our server attended to our needs efficiently without being excessively obtrusive. I had beef spare ribs (kosher place, no pork) and chicken and eggplant in garlic sauce. My wife shared, and she had egg drop soup.

Really hard to overstate my enthusiastic recommendation. Definitely try them! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was delightful. Let's start with the atmosphere. The seating area is nice, and had a cozy feel. When I was there, two young children had brought a 70 year old individual in for her birthday party. Sitting there and seeing it was very nice. Amy recommended Special 1, Steak Cubes Chinese Style, which she assured me was truly an authentic Chinese style dish. Well, it was served in a sizzling pot (lovely presentation), and tasted fresh and delicious. I had the Chicken Corn soup (another truly authentic dish recommended by Amy) which I really enjoyed. Portion size was more then sufficient, and they gladly, and very neatly, packaged the leftovers for takeaway. The service was truly first rate, with attentive servers, excellent recommendations, and friendly attitudes. If you enjoy Chinese food, try this gem, I had a very nice time!

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I took home half of my second appetizer. It's a nice place to eat in but you can also get takeout.

We used Orient Express as the location of our "rehearsal lunch" for our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art down the road. We had about 25 people in the upstairs part and we ordered several dishes per tables. Everything tasted amazing - as expected, and it was a really nice space for people to get to know each other. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The management was also very kind and easy to work with to set this up.

We’ve gotten takeout from here over a dozen times since last summer. We’ve also dined in once. It’s been very good every time! (I’m not sure what’s up with these reviews.) Our online orders are always ready quickly, even during dinner rush. The employees we have interacted with are perfectly courteous. The interior is nice and pretty clean; there is more dining space upstairs. Dine-in service was casual but friendly & attentive. The food is great. Our favorite dish is the Chicken with Szechuan Pepper! We also enjoy the Pork Lo Mein, the Chicken with Mixed Vegetables, the Pepper Steak, the Egg Rolls, and the Wonton Soup. We’ve been happy with the portions and prices.

One of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore!!! Authentic Chinese food, I have brought almost all my friends here! We all enjoyed the food here!
