TEA HOUSE

2425 University Avenue South East, Minneapolis, MN 55414 Directions

Since 2002

Tea House is the best traditional Szechuan dishes in the city of Minnesota. The restaurant, which has three other outlets in the Twin Cities, serves traditional Chinese dishes, a wide variety of noodle soups, and perhaps the region's first half-Chinese, half-American breakfast. They offer Sichuan specialties, dim sum & a brunch at the weekend, served in a comfortable location with touches of Asian décor. Tea House highlights the importance with a menu that celebrates home-style cuisine as diverse as the large cities it serves. The owners have redesigned the room entirely, painting the walls with the raspberry purée color and installing backlight screens that give a certain zen touch. Their dumplings and a few more brunch items are in Shanghai style. They also provide tear-inducing Szechuan sensations, soaked in red-hot chili oil, hand-pulled noodles, and peppercorn. Enjoy the free Wi-Fi and parking here.

Lettuce Wraps, Honey Chicken, Crispy Green Beans, Cauliflower Tempura, Appetizer, Dim Sum, Salads, Soups, Sides, Vegetables, Beef, Pork, Seafood, Vegetarian, Noodle, Rice, Beverages, Desserts, Mongolians Went and Sour Chicken, Lo Mein, Meizhou Bowl, Pepper Steak, Beef with Broccoli, Fried Rice, Crispy Honey Shrimp & Kung Pao Shrimp
