TOP 3 FRENCH MEADOW BAKERY & CAFE REVIEWS
Delicious food! Good service, nice cafe atmosphere. The perfect place for dietary restrictions such as vegan or gluten free! I try to eat more plant based and so I've tried many of their vegan options and they are all really good and worth a try. In the photos shown I have the plant quesadilla which has a very clean, fresh taste. The fries are so good with the garlic aioli! And a vegan hot chocolate!? So good, warm, satisfying and chocolaty, perfect for the cold weather. The chicken wild rice soup (which my boyfriend got) was not as creamy as we like it. Definitely a more brothy chicken wild rice. All that food for about 40 dollars! Not too shabby. Not pictured but they also have really tasty vegan pastries! I recommend the chocolate berry tart! Always very good.
Great cafe and coffee shop with lovely decor, lots of seating. Good size menu with lots of options and some unique combinations that stood out. I loved the blueberry corn pancake and the oatmeal cappuccino was a nice twist on a classic.
Nice atmosphere, well staffed and serviced. Good healthy vegan food selections, and sweet pastries. Two small parking lots and street parking.

TOP 3 ASTER CAFE REVIEWS
I am the owner of Celisia Stanton Photography, and one of my clients had a brunch wedding at Aster Cafe last year. Aster Cafe is a fantastic venue for an intimate wedding. The getting-ready rooms have huge windows with tons of natural light, which allows us to capture indoor photos without struggling with awkward shadows or uneven lighting. Aster set up a tent and chairs next to the building for the ceremony, which had the ideal intimate outdoor feel. For the brunch reception, the inside of Aster's reception space has beautiful exposed brick and decor that allowed the client to have a reception space with a unique feel without having to add much as far as decoration. As a bonus, Aster Cafe is located in the heart of St. Anthony Main, so there were tons of beautiful areas nearby for the couple to sneak off for couple's photos. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an intimate Minneapolis wedding with a unique city feel.
Loved the vibe and food. It’s so cool to see people of all ages enjoying together and dancing on different beats. They have live music with very creative artists. A good place for Date to with your loved once. We tried different food there and all were amazing tasty.
Always love sitting outside with a cocktail and watching the city. Food is great and service is attentive. Great place to eat

TOP 3 SPYHOUSE COFFEE REVIEWS
If you care about espresso, the mug they serve it on, the balance of acidity and body, and not too much bout how much cream they put on your coffee, this is a solid spot. To be precise, they can make a good espresso that is well extracted. The service is nice and the staff is friendly. The place has an amazing industrial vibe with very nice atmosphere to talk, work or study. Nice outdoor sitting for summer and cool air inside. Legit. Check out the beautiful roasting machine on the back.
Great spot to work remotely. Somewhat busy coffee shop but good to know it’s busy. Clean. Staff was pleasant. Enjoyed my Oolong Tea and Chocolate Chip Cookie as an afternoon treat. Parking: Park in back and you can either walk around the building or cut through the lower level to the Spy House suite.
Amazing coffee and baked goods. It’s located in a vintage industrial building with a great vibe. The internet is a little slow, but otherwise this is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Twin Cities.
