Easy to schedule from their website. Sent pictures of the areas to be cleared and was followed up with a phone call to confirm the appointment and set expectations on what cannot be removed and any additional fees. Received phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The team arrived on-time. They were all very professional and friendly. They did a walkthrough of the area, provided me with another updated estimate after seeing the job and then went to work. The Busby team did an amazing job clearing the areas at my parent's house. They scheduled the right number of guys and worked their best to minimize the number of trucks needed. It would have taken us many weekends and trips to the dump in what they could do in 2 hours. Overall, very satisfied with Busby both cost, their crew, and efficiency. It was totally worth it! I would hire them again for anything I need to get hauled away.
