Hacker attackers is the best computer repair place! I was trying to reinstall windows 11, but my laptop was stuck in a loop. I brought it in, and James the owner was able to look at it. He recommended getting a new laptop since it was getting old and wouldn’t last much longer. I was already considering upgrading, so I was down to get a new one. He could’ve just left it at that, but he gave me a lot of advice on what new computer I should get, and helped me find a place to get it. When they didn’t have what I needed, he looked it up for me, found the only computer in stock that fit my requirements, and reserved it for me since I wasn’t able to reserve it for some reason. James came in clutch and went above and beyond what I needed. He also still repaired my old computer for very affordable price. Highly recommend this place.

Jim has been repairing our computers for 15 years. He is knowledgeable, ethical, thoughtful, and treats his customers with A+ service. Our son bought an off brand computer, 4 months old and the screen won't stay up. Jim said he had never seen the inside of a computer like this, it was a mess. He was able to retro fit it. I think he can fix ANYTHING! So happy for him to have started his own business.

I wish I could give Psinergy Tech 10 stars!! I recently needed computer repair, help transferring from my old computer to my new computer & help with navigating my new computer. At my age, I don't have deep understanding of the tech world, I just need my computer & printer to work for my basic needs. I now have Psinergy Tech to reach out to for any of my computer/tech issues. When I searched computer repair near me, it took me to a big box store, but when I called, I ended up talking to someone in another country & was told that the store no longer answers calls and they routed me to them. I wanted more personal service, so I searched online further & discovered Psinergy Tech PC Repair was in my Little Canada neighborhood! I called, left a message & received a call back in 5 minutes. The SAME day, I went by their office, which was open until 8:00pm that day. I love that they have evening hours, so I could come by after work. Andre was amazing! He is knowledgeable about all things tech. He was patient with me & my lack of understanding of tech things. He was also very personable as he took time to listen, teach me and within 48 hours, everything I needed done, he was able to help me with & at an affordable price. I highly recommend Psinergy Tech! I brought my son’s gaming PC to Psinergy for repair and had a pleasant experience. I worked with Andre, and he was easy to talk to and was able to help me out with the problem. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and had everything professionally installed within a couple of days. I was very happy.

Brought my PC in for what I thought was a power supply failure. Tom was transparent about pricing ahead of time. I received my PC cleaned and fixed in just under 2 weeks. The pricing is very fair and I would recommend it for any repairs that make sense. Bring your hardware here over a big retailer for a better experience.
