I can’t say enough about the service and friendliness of both Tim from the sales side and Nick and his crew on the installation side from Minneapolis St Paul Plumbing Hearing and Air. I just had a brand new HVAC system installed in my condo and the experience was exceptional!! I would highly recommend this 100+ year old company to all my friends. Thank you so much MSP!!

This is the second time that ive had the pleasure of working with Mike. He is very patient, helpful and overall a great technician, he was here to help out with an issue of the AC blowing out hot air and not working properly. He was able to find and fix the issue and was very thorough with his work. He went over the issues and fixes and gave me suggestions of what routes we could take. I really appreciate the help that he provided and overall MSP has provided since moving into my house.

Bo from MSP was great with my plumbing issue. I had a leaking outside faucet, and he was thorough, evaluated the main water line, the full line to outside, checked the issue out - and was able to easily and quickly fix! As well recommended a new hose connector to stop the additional leak at the connection. Service was on time, nice notification updates via text and phone call before arrival. Super friendly service as well. Very satisfied with my repair call!

Brian was called to my home and was tasked with fixing by slow drain sink in the kitchen and the bathroom. He did a GREAT job. His customer service and his quality of work were outstanding. He was friendly, honest, and he diagnosed the problem, thoroughly fixed the problem, which turned out to be a big job,.in a few hours. His attention to detail was appreciated, and he even explained to me to use a coupon that was available that I did not know about. This is the kind of customer service that points me back to roto rooter anytime I need help with a plumbing issue. Great Job, Brian and Roto Rooter.
