Amazing service! Booking online was seamless and they promptly followed up to ask additional questions. Our inspector was DC and I could not recommend him more. We are first time homebuyers and kinda nervous about the whole process. DC was thorough with his walkthrough and happily answered any questions we had which really put our minds at ease. The report was detailed and easily digestible with bonus reading material for house education. We will definitely be recommending this company, especially DC, to friends and family.

Matt Karr was great to work with. He was thorough and made sure we had all our questions answered. The rest of the staff was prompt in setting up our inspection and following up after.

Aaron was professional and very respectful of the house and property. He was on time and throughly answered my questions. Looking forward to receiving his email from the inspection in a couple days.

We have worked with Inspecta-Homes twice. Do it!! Just do it. Amazing group, quick scheduling, thorough inspection. We worked with Jeff and Jarrod at separate times. Fabulous inspectors. Those ladies in the office are working at the craziest times sending emails and I appreciate that, because I'm not always available during traditional business hours.

Fast and responsive - had a short inspection period and they got me an inpsection scheduled same day. Jeff did a fantastic job with the inspection, providing a very detailed report and recommendations.
