On this snowy day, Ryan came to my home, prepared and absolutely professional, to examine my furnace, which was making a loud sound over night. He spent a good part of the morning diagnosing the problem, cleaning the furnace, changing the filter, and eventually putting together several options-which ranged from replacing parts to the whole unit. Pricing was competitive, and he took time to answer the many mechanical to service-related questions I had. Ryan was knowledgeable and courteous, a real pro! I called Krinkie’s at the early hour of 2:30 AM to request for service. They called back shortly after opening and had Ryan out within the hour! What responsive, professional service! Highly recommend-thank you!

Recently had Ryan do an estimate for a new furnace/AC at my daughter's home. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and experienced he was and how thoroughly he was able to explain options and his recommendation. Our technician, Mike, did a great job explaining everything and being very thorough in his inspection for a possible carbon monoxide situation. He provided options but was not pushy in any way. His visit helped give us the peace of mind we were looking for.

My AC unit ended up going out this summer a few weeks ago. I had Metro come and give me an estimate. Dave came out the next day, was friendly, knowledgeable. He explained the sizes, types of the units. Was not pushy or tried to up sell anything. The estimate came itemized with prices if I chose to upgrade and the cost of that. A few days later Austin and Ben arrived to remove and install the new unit! Austin was friendly respectful of home and property. I believe he was training Ben in and was explaining and helping him during the install. Austin had it running in no time. Left the house and site clean. Highly recommend Metro!

Just used Metro heating & cooling to replace my hot water heater. Excellent experience, Luke (service technician) showed up on time and did an outstanding job at replacing the old water heater. Luke was very thorough and conscientious with the total job including removal, venting, gas line, water lines, tarps and clean up. Price was inline with other providers too.
