NIGHTHAWK SECURITY REVIEWS

Replaced several sensors due to new doors as well as diagnois and fix an existing fault which was really hard to find. They needed several appointments but they did a great job of communicating while they tracked down the problem...costs were within estimates and all the service personnel were courteous and professional. I also appreciated that one technician deferred to one of his peers who had more experiece with in-door sensors so he did not risk breaking sidelights in a new entry door.

I really enjoy working with Nighthawk security!! They are easy to get a hold of and their products work great. My questions are always answered quickly, they are easy to do business with. Thanks!!

If you are in search of a full service company for installation and service for security systems and/or camera systems look no further. ISSI is above the rest and trust me I vetted out multiple companies. The initial consultation was perfect, Amy asked what my needs were and what I wanted and never once stated here is what you need and what we think you should do. Once a site plan was designed options and best practices were presented with clarity on what to expect for each option. I was free to make any changes I wanted and to select a best fit for me. It was truly a no pressure interaction. Installation was done on time when promised. Nick is a master at his trade and everything exceeded expectations. Prior to leaving on install day everything was set up working perfect and baseline training done. Now here is where the separation of ISSI from all the rest is amazing. Since my initial install I have had several questions, minor changes needed, technical assistance for remote viewing, film downloads, mobile device synchronization and 3rd party accessibility. ISSI was one phone call away, responded immediately to my inquiries and offered follow up as needed. In fact, I received a call several days after my most recent contact with ISSI to make sure all of my questions were answered and I was still 100% satisfied. Customer service is off the charts good and truly is what makes ISSI the best.

I recently upgraded our building's security with ISSI, and I couldn't be happier. Amy and her team were fantastic from start to finish, very responsive to all our questions and needs. They treated us like family and ensured the installation was smooth and stress free.
