Man what can I say about this place . We have one of the pool robots and it broke. The service guy Paul ..who I just confirmed has been names the patron saint of pool robot fixers really saved us. Paul not only tracked down the warranty ...fought with the company for days to honor then fixed the robot like new. But that's not all ...when we got the robot home we realized that something was wrong with a the cleaning bag in the robot. Paul took care of that free of charge too. Ohhh did I mention he didn't even charge us for his time fighting the insurance place on the phone. Thank you so much Paul and poolside for the amazing service...you just gained a customer for life !.

On a referral from co-worker I contacted Poolside regarding a liner replacement for my pool after getting the runaround from several other pool "professionals". I was very impressed with the level of service I received from them and the quality of products that they offer. It is a good feeling to finally find my "go to" pool company. I will be back for more. Walked into their beautiful showroom and Greg at the front desk was amazing. They have a big selection of parts, chemicals and lots of other cool accessories. The whole team is like one big family and they treat their customers the same. Overall a great place to get all your pool and spa needs and also their service techs are one of the best in town.

Honest, caring and professional -- you get the full package with Prestige. I don't write a lot of google reviews, however, I felt the need to let people know how good this business is. I had a sensor go out on my heater over the weekend, with people coming for a party later that day. Panicked, I texted the owner at 6:30am. Mind you it was a weekend and it was not during business hours. He had someone over within an hour. That is just one of the many quality experiences I have had with these guys.
