Trying to rent a storage unit from a different state can be challenging. But Ben, the manager, at Public Storage made it so easy! I picked a unit, and then ended up choosing a larger one to accommodate all my stuff. He was very helpful, showing me the different sizes of storage units, and easily upgrading to a larger one. When I asked for a unit with a little easier access, he found one for me. It couldn't be any easier, and Ben made a stressful time much easier. Thank you, Public Storage! And definitely download the app for easy access at the gate and the door. Great security and peace of mind!!

Great clean place to store your belongings. Has a great location as well being right off of 280. STAFF is very well. I accidentally ordered the wrong unit and they changed it to the correct unit. I wanted the next day with no hassle and didn’t make me pay an extra fee it was great.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They helped me figure out my situation with transferring units and they saved me money. Thank you so much for all your help today. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this location to anyone I know.

Our organization has rented from US Storage Centers for several years, and we’ve loved every moment of it. The facility is always clean, the pricing is reasonable, and the customer service is top-notch. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye now that we have more space of our own, we’re grateful for the seamless experience—from accessibility to billing ease. A special thank you to David, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate during our move-out process. If we ever need storage again, US Storage Centers will be our first choice without a doubt!

David was very helpful in finding me the perfect size storage locker. The facility is very neat and clean and it’s all indoors which makes moving in the MN winters much more comfortable. The prices are great as well so overall I’m very happy with my experience.

Climate-controlled storage facility. The person who originally signed me up didn't explain how their promotional deal worked and so my rent unexpectedly increased a couple of months into my storage time. Would just recommend clarifying promotional deals prior to commiting, which is probably good advice anyway. However, he did not normally work at this facility. The front desk person is helpful and reasonable.

I have 2 units here, 1 personal (started a month ago) and 1 for business (started yesterday). Steve and Jace were both very helpful getting me set up in my units and helping me find the right space for my needs. My friend who helped me move yesterday commented how this space was warmer and had better lighting than his storage space!

Really nice and clean and the manager was very nice and helpful and price was very well price for the storage and everything was explained to where I understood okay Tubing the assistant store manager was definitely very helpful and explaining the rules and regulations and the pricing of the storage and building was very neat and clean.
