Express PC

Could not charge laptop so I took it into Express PC because Best Buy (The Geek Squad) said it would take up to a month to repair the charging port. PC Express pointed out that the laptop has a second charging port that can be used for charging. Best Buy never told me this and also claimed my charging adapter was bad, which it wasn't. Thanks to PC Express I'm back in business at no cost. Will use them from now on.

I called a bunch of different places looking for a console cleaning. I'm glad I chose Express PC. AJ was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I left the console with him and the turnaround was quicker than expected. My console is working much better and I could not be more grateful. If I ever need any PC or console repairs, this is my new go-to place. 5/5
