I had a malware issue on my lap top and took it to John at ICS. He immediately found damage to my power cord which was impressive and a sign of attention to detail. Within a short time my laptop was fixed with new antivirus software. I got ii back quickly and it is like a new computer. John was aware I am an older guy with vey little computer knowledge and he organized my chaotic mess into something much more manageable. My photos were all organized into a new app. I took it there to get a virus issue fixed and my lap top came back better than before the virus issue. In addition the pricing was better than I expected. Very satisfied, exceeded expectations!

I will say that I'm not a geek, but a dork...I know enough to be dangerous. However, what I don't know is how to fix the broken hinge on my laptop when the whole screen is coming apart. Mark is fabulous. He diagnosed the problem, was able to get the parts and the extensive repair was done very quickly. I'm very impressed. I really wasn't in a place to buy a new laptop and he was a Godsend. I knew the cost upfront and while no one likes to be without their computer he got it done in jig time. Absolutely top notch. And Mark, I promise to stop throwing popcorn to my dogs over my laptop. Thank you for cleaning up the mess!!!!

Fast and honest service! I really appreciate that John and this company go the extra mile to keep money in my pocket. The icing on the cake is the explanation of the repair and extras when I picked up my computer. This is the 3rd computer I've had repaired by them. Top notch!
