Bought several Mac Books from this location for my team. My office is located in Seattle. Pro Mac shipped all of our Mac books cross country in a timely and professional manner. No issues. Our Mac Books were in pristine condition. Pro Mac even stressed us to that we are under full warranty and to reach out if we need them. That helps us with total peace of mind. Excellent customer service. I drove into town from hampton roads just to handle a few transactions with Amos. He quickly assessed what he could do to help via telephone which made me decide to drive an hour to get them to handle my dilemma… and when I walked in he had both of my Mac’s on the counter ready to get me fixed. He stayed until I’m got both computers squared away. And made sure I was comfortable with what he fixed and adjusted before I left. I would refer this place to anyone with apple products in need of repair or to purchase apple products. I’ll definitely be back. And I have already started spreading the word of my positive experience there. Thanks guys

Most amazing experience I’ve ever had! I have been having issues with my PC crashing for months and couldn’t figure it out on my own. Kelvin found out why my computer was crashing and repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats you like family. I’d recommend his shop to anyone
