We just cannot say enough good things about Kitch-Encounters. They were first, very reasonable about the price and, second, during the construction phase they could not have been better. All the different tradesman came when they said they would and it was a problem free project. Our kitchen looks so great and Ellie just loves it. They are a great firm and I encourage you to do business with them.

Four years after my kitchen upgrade, I continue to be very pleased with the job done by KE. This was not a complete overhaul -- I kept my cabinets and appliances. But the countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet installed by KE turned an old kitchen into a WOW. And the price was extremely reasonable. It helped that I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Lance of KE was very conscientious about following through and making sure the job was done right.

They designed my replacement cabinets and gave me more than I would have known to ask for. Old cabinets were removed by professionals. Jay stayed on top of everything. He secured plumber and electrical contractors who did an outstanding job, and the professional who did the finished work was the best. They finished in a timely fashion and I am very happy with my new kitchen.
