When we first inquired about using services with Laura’s Critter Care I was so impressed with how quickly I received a response, it was almost immediate. The initial process of gathering information and scheduling services was very organized and thorough. Laura made it so easy. Kathleen was assigned to us to walk our dog and we were so happy with the care our dog received. Kathleen was so kind and you could tell she really cared for our dog! Our, sometimes shy, dog grew quite fond of her quickly as well. We even received little updates about our cat. The daily check-ins and pictures we received gave us peace of mind while on vacation. They took such gentle care of my (blind and deaf) senior baby. Administratively, they were organized, prompt, efficient. I really appreciated that the care team sent text updates and cute pictures while I was away. And they did all this on short notice when my pet sitter fell-through four days before my trip!
