Pets Domain ATX

This was my first experience with Pets Domain and it most definitely won’t be my last. My fiancé and I were heading out of town for about 6 days and needed in home pet sitting for our two cats. They were so sweet in the initial meet and greet, and assured us that our cats were in good hands. I was worried leaving our cats in the hands of a new service but the team made me feel so comfortable! They gave us detailed reports of every visit and went above and beyond with the tasks they did for the cats and around the house! They even sent pictures of them every visit! The client portal is so convenient and easy to use, and the booking system is amazing. Very affordable and I will be telling everyone I know about them!

Such a great group of people who truly care for the pets that they work with. Every walker that my three pups have had has treated them with a level of kindness as if they were their own. I’ve had other dog walkers before who took pictures of them, and there is a HUGE difference between those pictures and the ones that Pets Domain ATX takes. With Pets Domain pictures I see genuine smiles and happiness on their faces. They also feel comfortable and at peace. The management and ownership of Pets Domain ATX is also super mindful, quick, and transparent in their interactions. I trust them so much.

Amazing service! I loved the text updates (the care notes are so cute) and pictures I was sent after each visit. It's so easy to book, and no hassle to add visits when my trip was extended. They were also amazing at keeping me up to date on walks that needed to be cancelled due to bad thunderstorms, and were proactive at rescheduling so my pup could still get her exercise.
