Placed my order with 3 vehicles ahead of me. It was exactly 8:38am. I looked because the hot donut sign ends at 9am and I set my alarm to travel across town just for HOT donuts. I reached the window at 9:05am. Thank goodness I still got what I wanted, unlike the last time I was at the same store. I can't imagine how 3 customers would take that much time. I wanted those hot melt in your mouth donuts like a lion wants meat. There's NO donut ANYPLACE more delicious and comforting, but they just aren't the same once they are in the case or on the shelf in a store.

Ayyyyy Was on a lil pit stop And KING!!! Made our experience awesome!!! Might I add that we stopped in just because he was there. We stopped in on the 9th and came back the 10th, You just don't see a committed young man of his stature represent themselves and a company!!! Shout out to you Young man!!!! All the Way From Dallas Ga... looking to see you own your own Franchise give him his own store.

I waited until the glazed donuts came out fresh and hot..... It was worth the wait. The employees could have been quicker and have been easier to communicate with It seems if they either didn't want to speak or had difficulty with everything going on I'm guessing. I would suggest that the store be a little cleaner.

One of my many of experiences with this place. Always 100%!! My daughter is going to wake up a happy camper tomorrow for her 5th birthday. Shout out to the Dount Shoppe in Arlington for always going above and beyond with customer service and of course those tasty Donuts and fritters!! IYKYK!!! Pictured below is a dount cake with chocolate icing and extra sprinkles per my daughter's request. This thing is huge for $20!! I've had their Donuts millions of times so I know it will be delicious! If you're looking for a donut cake, The Donut Shoppe in Arlington is a no brainer and the only place you should go.

In town for the day and was looking for a bakery and of course I found this locate favorite and hidden gem on TikTok. Let’s just say I bought 4 donuts before I left the parking lot I devoured the strawberry cake donut. Wiped my hands got $6 from the arm rest cause THEY ONLY TAKE CASH! And went back in and bought the last three strawberry cake donuts.

Delicious. 14oz coffee and two donuts was $6 flat. Amazing. Coffees super good. Donuts weren’t too overly sweet and sticky. Everything was just right.

DUNKIN' JACKSONVILLE REVIEWS

We come here just about every Sunday morning through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that you have at the drive-thru is a major asset to your store. He is kind, efficient, always with a smile and makes each visit very pleasant! I wish I caught his name but he's there pretty much every Sunday morning at the drive-thru.

This is the best Dunkin' out of Cassatt, Blanding, and Roosevelt by Winn-Dixie. They serve you with what you request—respectful and helpful. Fresh and hot!

I really like the drinks here especially the ice coffee and their signature lattes. Worth getting unless you get burnt coffee.
