I have been planning corporate events for over a decade and, honestly as a control freak, I have a challenge trusting event coordinators to follow-up and follow-through on details. However, I knew within a day of working with Goen South, our event was in great hands. Ashley, the Event Sales Manager, had amazing attention to detail, dependability and creativity. She asked great questions, made suggestions that made our event better than I imagined and delivered everything she promised and more! If all event teams worked as well, as professional and as diligent as the Goen South team, all my events would be stress free! I can’t think of a better company I’d recommend based on my experience with Goen South. Their customer service, enthusiasm, professionalism and uniqueness is matchless! I am looking forward to working with them again (and again, and again)!

Luanne was AMAZING! She was so easy to work with, she was very responsive, and always made me feel like I was her only client. We had an event at the Alamo. She arranged EVERYTHING, down to the heaters needed since it was cooler that night. They gave us multiple options and had everything in the proposal. I cannot say enough good things. Lauren our onsite contact was always available and very helpful.

I absolutely LOVE working with Goen South! They are my go-to contacts for any event needs that I have. They have provided the best games, decor, etc. for my clients. The entire team is super responsive and always ready to help and think outside the box!

We recently worked with Sara Walker Events for a private party and it was wonderful! I could not say enough great things about Sara and how very helpful and communicative she was. Sara let us know exactly what the client wanted so we could deliver excellent service. The party was a huge success thanks to Sara Walker Events.

Sara and Britta were a pleasure to work with. We had a last minute event that we needed to execute and they worked side by side with me to make it happen. I recommend working with them as a vendor, as they are highly responsive and they were on top of the important details to execute this last minute event which made my job a lot easier!

I photographed an event Sara Walker Events coordinated. The events planning and timeline was seamless, her team was a pleasure and Sara herself is such a gem. She is communicative, kind and has an eye for beautiful designs. I highly recommend her for events or weddings and look forward to working with her again.

Brandy was my Wedding Angel!!!! She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! I was so thankful for her warmth and light every step of the wedding planning process. My husband and I hosted 80 New Yorkers in the San Antonio Hill Country, and Brandy was with us every step of the way. She helped me in so many ways and I always felt I could be honest with her. We wanted our wedding to feel like an event. There wasn’t a dull moment that evening. We had 200 people, and over 20 vendors and Brandy wrangled them all into order from the time they arrived. From the buracho burros, to the giant dancing robots, from curating the timeline, to the GORGEOUS signage she custom created for our crest, our wedding truly would not have been the same without her!

Brandy with All In The Details is a MUST if you’re planning your wedding. She is seriously the BEST in the business. We worked with her for about a year planning our wedding and she made us feel so confident and stress-free. Her attention to detail is amazing and she goes above and beyond to make all her brides feel seen. She has a beautiful way of capturing small details that mean so much. We are so grateful to have used Brandy, and even more grateful that we get to call her a lifelong friend. Seriously you need this woman in your life if you’re planning an event!!!!!

Our wedding was in November of 2024. It was an amazing day and I owe it all to Brandy from All in the Details. She was amazing and on top of everything. She went above and beyond for me and made my day so special. I told her after the wedding was over that I was sad because I wouldn't have my Brandy calls and texts anymore. She also helped me bring my vision to life for my tables and the overall decor of the venue. She is the best ever, don't hesitate to use All in the Details for your wedding!
