WOODHOUSE SPA SAN ANTONIO REVIEWS

This was my first time at Woodhouse Spa , Quarry location. Everyone was nice and attentive. When you arrive, take the stairs or the elevator to the second level. There you will find the check in/check out area. You will be escorted to the ladies room (there is a men's room too). Lockers are assigned with your name, where you can lock your belongings. You are given a plush robe and slippers. After you change clothes, you sit in a sitting area, offered a beverage and snacks while you complete a form. Then someone comes to take you for your spa treatment. I had the tranquil stone heated massage and Josh was my masseuse. My massage was awesome. Those heated blankets were needed because it's very cold inside. It's a very tranquil place. Beautifully decorated. Just cold.

I truly had an amazing experience from the moment you enter the Spa to even at the point to check out. I had two different services .. I tried their new intense line define facial provide by Kay who was such a sweet lady with amazing delicate hands. And the second service was the deep tissue massage by Josue who gave me a true target massage hitting the most needed points ..nods etc.. hands down the best..

I’m giving five stars with my experience with management and the way they resolve situations. For a massage definitely go to Audrey and for a facial Ashley. Management went above and beyond to resolve my problems and for that I am forever grateful.

As someone with an active lifestyle, I truly appreciate Cynthia and Vee for meeting my self-care needs while keeping my nails short and functional for activities like golf and my profession. Their waterless manicure and pedicure approach still delivers an amazing experience, and their attention to detail is unmatched. The customer service is always welcoming, and they are both so easy to talk to, making every visit enjoyable. Mia at the front desk is also incredibly helpful, especially when using my Spa Finder gift cards and booking my next appointment. Highly recommend.

Maria was exceptional! I had the pamper package which included a dry body brushing, a foot mask wrap and body steam with a full body massage. It was amazing. She was very professional and I can't wait to return for a facial and more in the future. I can't believe it took a gift card to get me in there lol. Totally worth it and reminded me to do more self care.

My husband treated me to a full body massage and a Mani and Pedi and all I can say is WOW!! It was so relaxing and the vibe was so peaceful! All 3 ladies did a wonderful job! I’ll definitely be coming back with a few others.

I got this gifted as a birthday gift from my boyfriend and I cannot express how beautiful I felt walking out of Neva. Everyone is so welcoming . My specialist was so loving. I have a hard time feeling comfortable at places but this was a perfect place for me. What an amazing gift.

Wonderful experience at Neva!!! Quinn’s service was top notch. She did a PURE RETINOL Advanced Anti Age / Brightening Peel It was relaxing and felt amazing. She ensured I was comfortable and explained each step while ensuring I was relaxed and comfortable. Already booked my next service.

I never get facials so l was a little nervous, but this place was amazing. Quin did my facial and she was lovely and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and gave great advice. I'm excited to come back.
