"Recreation Wellness Center offers an expansive indoor recreation space spanning nearly 185,000 square feet. They offer various programs and amenities, including multi-use courts, a well-appointed aquatics center, racquetball courts, fitness areas, a massage studio, group exercise studios, and locker/shower rooms. The Aquatic Center at the facility features two heated pools, one lap and one recreational, available year-round. They offer students opportunities to develop leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills within a team structure. The registration is open for spring Intramural Sports. This semester's sports include pickleball, sand volleyball, soccer, and flag football.

2026 Update: They have 26 professional staff members and approximately 300 part-time student employees. Their mission is to offer facilities and programs that develop the experiences and well-being of their community. They contribute to the ongoing enrichment of the whole person through a wide variety of experiential learning and growth opportunities."
