Recommended by the hotel staff, and I must say, the food was excellent. Coming from the UK, I was amazed by the steak size – it was huge and reasonably priced. Cooked exactly to my medium-rare preference, the steak came with Parmesan mashed potatoes and broccoli, all for just $38, which was great considering the portion and quality. I also tried the beef noodle dish, which was incredibly tasty. The service was top-notch, with the staff making sure our drinks were always topped up. Overall, for a good steak and a nice atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend this place.

We ate here before the NCAA final. It was busy but well managed. The food was excellent and the local beer selection was good. Drew our server was great. If you are near the Alamodome I highly recommend Yard house.

Amazing! We met a server the night before on The Riverwalk. We tried to dine under his service but another server with the same name took excellent care of us. The food was great.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted enthusiastically and felt welcomed! When we got seated on the Patio, Cheyne L. introduced herself and had this AMAZING energy. She answered all questions before we were able to even ask any and went over a bunch of menu items and informed us that it was happy hour! Alcoholic drinks were only $5 and certain appetizers were only $6, prices you can’t beat! They make those drinks like there isn’t going to be a tomorrow and seasons the food that it slaps the soul. I ordered the Cajun Press Poboy and it was delicious!!! It was well seasoned and just so perfect. For our appetizers we got Waffle Cheese fries and Boom Boom Shrimp. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly and the flavors just burst on the tongue. The cheese fries had that perfect balance and were not too salty thankfully! My friend ordered the Louisiana Platter, and her taste buds went to heaven. This is some of the best food we have had in a while where everything was great! Everyone needs to come here at one point.

Our insurance agent suggested we come check this place out since we are from near Louisiana. It did not disappoint. They have an awesome tap selection. This was the best Cajun food we have had in San Antonio. We got the boudin balls and we shared the Louisiana platter. The platter was the perfect amount of food for two. The crawfish etouffee reminded us of childhood and the hush puppies were delectable. The traffic coming over here from home sucks but this is worth driving back over.

Immediately upon walking in had great service. Cheyne answered every question before even asking for my first time. She was very enthusiastic and funny. She made sure we were always taken care of and never went without. Food was VERY well seasoned and delicious. The Louisiana platter had a great batter and plentiful. Coming during happy hour is a must for the drinks and appetizers.
