Perch is a French-inspired rooftop restaurant and lounge that offers a unique French bistro-inspired dishes and drinks menu. The restaurant is located atop the Pershing Square Building in DTLA. The restaurant's founders designed its spaces with an unobstructed view of Downtown Los Angeles for guests to experience the feeling of floating along the skyline. Their elevated spaces offer outdoor fireplaces, rooftop fire pits, indoor and outdoor dining experiences, and lounge seating to experience the city skyline views. PERCH Executive Chef Gerardo Benitez has created a playful menu inspired by French culinary classics utilizing the freshest of seasonal ingredients. They also provide a unique and elegant list of rare Cognacs, Armagnacs, Calvados, and French Cordials. Outdoor seating is available on their 16th-floor rooftop. 'Perch' has vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan menu options. Late-night menus are available.
