"Perch offers a unique dining experience with French bistro-inspired dishes and drinks. This French-inspired rooftop restaurant is located on the 16th floor of the Pershing Square Building. Perch provides views of the city skyline, making you feel like you're floating above it. Executive Chef Gerardo Benitez has created a fun menu inspired by French food classics. The restaurant features different spaces, including outdoor fireplaces, rooftop fire pits, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas, all designed to make the most of the city views. Whether you prefer sitting outside or indoors, you can enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings. They provide large party tables for 7 to 12 guests and are available indoors only. Table reservations for parties of 2 are limited to 90 minutes. Happy Hour is available Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 6 pm. Gift cards are available for your loved ones.

2026 Update: Perch Outdoor Rooftop Garden hosts parties for 2 to 8 guests, with prepaid reservations required. They also organize special events and offer takeout and delivery services for their guests. Perch also offers vegetarian and gluten-free options, and you should ask the server for available modifications."
