Words can't express how blessed we were by the way Danielle and her family/team took care of our funeral needs. Our situation was unique in that the first time I saw my father in person was in his casket. Nevertheless, Fitchett-Mann treated us like family every step of the way. When our flower arrangement did not show up, they provided what they had. They were extremely sensitive to our situation and I will be forever grateful to them all during and after I received my father's urn that they mailed out to me. Fitchett-Mann funeral home made the planning for my loved ones services easy. The funeral director was very easy to talk to and at no time pressured us into something out of our range. No matter what questions I had, everyone I came in contact with treated my husband and I with care and were kind and helpful.

During my time of need, my time of confusion, my time of heartbreak. Fitchett-Mann made the entire process super easy for my family and I. I was so surprised, grateful and taken aback by their services. The care, and comfort they displayed was simply amazing, they made my family and I feel at home. It was warm and inviting and I am forever grateful for their support during one of the hardest times in my life.
