When my Dad passed away a year ago, I was at a complete loss. I felt so lost without him there to guide me through things like he usually would, and had no experience with managing a loved one's death. Luckily I had Kayla and she was incredible. She helped me arrange everything so my family and I could rest assured that my Dad was well taken care of, and he was. Now one year later, my Mom just passed away and we again thank Sam and the entire Kraft-Sussman team for helping to take such good care of my Mom. The way Sam and everyone handled things were so caring and professional, always there to answer your questions and requests. My family and I wholeheartedly thank you all for being there and helping us to take care of our parents. God bless!

I can’t find say enough about Kraft-Sussman, this is the 2nd time we have used them and they have been amazing. We had to make changes on both occasions and Sam handled them with ease. They are all so personable and willing to go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible.

Wow is the best way to say how great our experience was with them … Katlin made everything so easy and she made sure we had all the information we needed and she got everything done for us… and they also followed up on me to make sure I was doing ok and asked if I needed help with anything else … Kraft-Sussman is the best I’ve seen they will be taking care of my wife and I final expenses when the time comes… thanks again to the whole team …
