Our roof had a fairly minor repair, a leak that showed up with all the rain this winter. The estimator showed up on time, was quick and offered us a fair price. They scheduled us within a few days. They sent the paperwork via email promptly. A total no hassle experience. I really wish every home repair contractor was this professional, quick, and fairly priced. Prior to first quality, I called maybe 8 to 10 other roofing places. Half were no shows. One was no show with a bad attitude. The only other one that actually showed up and quoted amost 5 times the cost for the repair than first quality. It was the typical group of flakes sprinkled with typical tradesman attitude that expect you to bow down to them because they have skills you need.
