STING ALARM REVIEWS

I had such a great experience with Sing Alarm. They worked on my system for multiple hours today and I have to say my installer was top notch. Joel was patient, kind, and excellent at his job. He took the time to explain things to me in detail, and got my whole system set up and ready to go. He also walked me through how everything worked, so that I felt comfortable with the system. I would give Joes 7 stars if I could. Thank you Sting Alarm, and especially Joel. Give that man a raise.

Isaac, of Sting Alarm, was the technician who installed the alarm system in my new-build home yesterday. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Additionally, he did a wonderful job of not only explaining how everything worked, but had me perform the steps required to access each process triggering muscle memory learning. Isaac has my highest recommendation and gratitude. Thank you Sting.

Isaac did a great installation. He made sure all of the devices were exactly where we wanted them. He then worked unobtrusively to install them. His training session was simple but thorough. My wife wasn’t home when he finished so he kindly stayed another 40 minutes until she returned.

Highly recommend!! We had a security system put in at work and Nick was awesome. He showed up with the alarm tech as well as the camera installation tech. They were very professional, neat, on time and did a wonderful job. These days it’s worth it to protect what you’ve worked so hard to get. This company has been in service for 154 years and know what they’re doing.

ADT Tech named Dewey called and said he was 30min away and arrived right on time. Very professional and had a good vibe about him. It's nice when you meet great people like Dewey. Brett was super helpful about the ADT Alarm System. He was super informative and answered all of my questions. The technician, Jonathan, was easy to work with, offered a solution when we needed to move the rear/backyard camera, and cleaned up after installation. Happy with the team members and the service so far.

This has been a great experience from start to finish! Big Kuddo's to Izaiah and Que for not only their professionalism but the kindness they showed this 'ol lady! I know am safe and sound in my new home now.
