I purchased a home with 39 year old heat pump. The system still worked but was very inefficient. I chose Goettl to install a new unit. They arrived on time for the appointment and got right to work. The crew of four was polite, respectful, and professional. It took a little less than 5 hours to install the new unit and replace the old, leaky duct work. A few days later, a crew came and installed 10 inches of insulation in the attic. Robert and Richard showed the same level of professionalism as the HVAC crew did. Unsurprisingly, there were some stuff marks around the attic access, and Goettl sent a repair guy who quickly repaired the damaged area. Throughout this process, efforts were made to protect carpet and flooring from dirt and damage. I'm very pleased with the results, and I'm glad I chose Goettl.

Great AC system just installed today and tankless water heater 3 years ago was also no stress. They really are good with dogs (of any size and age) they just roamed the house like usual with the technicians here. They gutted the vents from my house when I left for the day and had the new system installed and running before I came home from work.

Edwin was very efficient and finished the job quickly. Very happy with the Goettl team

Aiden Crump and one Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Does a terrific job keeping air conditioner in tiptop condition. I can always trust Aiden to be a consummate professional And appreciate the care with where he works! The photos were extremely detailed and I will be thinking about his suggestions!

Thursday afternoon my 1 out of 2 AC units stopped working. I tried and self diagnosed it by watching some you tube videos and DIY's. However, this one i just had to call in a professional. Contacted Sierra Air because they were the Factory installer of the AC unit that came with my home. Called them at 7pm and quoted me that a technician will be available at my house by 10pm. I was very happy that they had an after hours technicians available. Sure enough at 10 pm Matt D. showed up. He immediately inspected the AC unit and concluded that my Fan Motor went out. He explained in detail what options we had, the pros & cons with different outcomes and also offered maintenance package's available. After consulting with my Commander and chief, we decided to replace all the Fan Motors to make sure all the Units will work properly moving forward. To complete the Service we also added the maintenance package to include the Heater unit as well. Great customer service experience with the call center and prompt response from Matt D. service technician. Overall: Very satisfied and definitely recommended.

This company is amazing. The service tech are all very knowledgeable in what they sell and how to service the equipment. They are always on time and always use shoe covers even before the pandemic to enter your home. We have always felt confident in the quality of the work and the prices are spot on. Best company that we have ever felt with. Thank you sierra air.

Alain came over and did maintenance to our unit. He was quite thorough and friendly. I had a pleasant time chatting with him. Great customer service! Very prompt and communicated very well about the condition of our unit. Made recommendations without the pressure of committing. I would recommend Sierra for your air conditioning needs.
