Rich, and his crew led by JR did a spectacular job with my wife’s new Tesla Model Y. We were sold in doing the full protection package with the full nose and front end ppf, 6 year all around ceramic coating, and full tint including the windshield. Gloss It was very responsive and kept us up to date at the major steps of the work that was done on her vehicle. They texted us pictures along with each update. The pictures of the progress is attached with this review. This is not going to be the cheapest or most cost effective shop in town, but it is the best. You definitely get what you pay for. The lifetime warranty offered with all the work done on our vehicle is really what sets this shop apart in the decision making process for us. A shop that has been around for 30+ years has us confident that if warranty work is needed years from now, Rich and his crew will be here to support and stand by their work. If you want a place that will give you the best piece of mind that your vehicle investment will be looking pristine for years to come, Gloss It is definitely worth the premium price. We definitely will be coming back for any future vehicles we need work on.

Rich and his team did an outstanding job on my truck. Needless to say my truck was rough in rough shape. Scratches, swirl marks and chips all over. Gloss It technicians made my truck look better than it ever has. It truly looked better than when I drove off the lot brand new. Rich has outstanding customer service. They have excellent communication and the best customer service I have experienced in this industry so far. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and sent me pictures of my truck during each phase. I will definitely recommend Rich and his team and use them for my wife’s SUV.

After picking up my Mach-E, I knew I wanted to get some ceramic coating work done ASAP! I searched around town and was offered to do a free consultation with Gloss It.
