Customer Service was great at the get go when I made the call. They sent text communications, name of the tech with a picture, including arrival time. I received a call from the tech, when he was on the way. The service was great and he explained all aspects of the needed repairs. Eric is honest and a great representative of his company. He presented multiple options for the repairs and I signed up for the worry free service! I will recommend A1 Garage Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Our tech, John Wisdom, was awesome. He came out to replace the bottom seal and rollers on our door that were in dire need of repair. He explained everything that was going on and did a great job answering our questions. The service was quick and on time. We will definitely be using this service for any of our future repairs/maintenance.

Eric did an amazing job on replacing our garage door opener & springs. Definitely recommend. So happy to have a garage door that is functional again.

PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR LAS VEGAS REVIEWS

Called Precision Overhead Door wanting to update some weather stripping and possibly change out some old garage door motors. Whoever was on the phone wasn’t very pleasant to talk to and really made me question how good the service would be. Thankfully, my technician Josh was an absolute pro that turned my iffy first impression of the company into a good one. Josh C. was awesome to work with, knowledgeable about the questions I had, excellent on explaining what was going on, and quick to deliver. Already plan on requesting him for future work that I want done. Definitely would request him if you do schedule a service.

We are very happy with the result of our new garage door system! Dustin did a great job and provided all information needed from the packages offered up until the end of the installation process. He did the job in only about an hour and left our garage spotless (took out all the old garage door pieces and trash). Will definitely recommend this company for future transactions.

Our double garage door was part way down and we couldn’t get a car out. Joshua came out late that afternoon and spent hours making repairs and replacements. He is very pleasant but doesn’t waste time. About a week later the other garage door needed repairs also and again he came out the same day. Both doors are now working smoothly. We would highly recommend the company.
