Immediately after I booked online, I received a call from a company representative to confirm the appointment and let me know when the team would arrive. I later received another call to let me know they were on their way. Sam and Jesus arrived promptly, introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake, and began surveying the property for junk removal. They then gave us a price for removal based on the amount of stuff to remove. Once we approved, they began removing and kept us apprised of everything they were doing. They were careful with removal to not damage the home. They completed the job in a very timely manner and even swept up some debris near the garage. What an excellent service! This company is the best and so reasonable! I have been putting off calling places because trying to find an efficient and affordable company is difficult. Also I had a piano which most companies don't take. But this company was readily available - I contacted them in the morning and they had an opening that afternoon! They were on time, the price was right, and they were done in 5 minutes; I cannot say enough good things about this company! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend Junk King to everyone I know - they are amazing.
Kevin and Alex were so awesome and professional. They quickly came in and gave me a reasonable quote, they came prepared, were ready to work. They worked hard and quickly, cleaned up after, and left the house looking great! I would definitely recommend using them and hire them again.
Kevin & Alex were extremely nice! They called me 15mins before they arrived to notify that they were near. Fast & easy service - of course depending on what they’re picking up. I had a garage full of small junk, boxes and high chairs. Reasonable price, I would definitely give them a call again for this service if my garage gets filled with junk again - let’s hope not! Manny was professional, friendly, and has a spirit of trustworthiness. We felt comfortable with him in the home. He communicated via text and email along the journey, including when he was on the way. We had two large heavy sofas removed. He was careful of our walls and home. In and out with quick easy payment. I will definitely use him again.
Manny and his co worker were exceptional!! The reviews do not lie. Kind, polite, efficient, and hard working. I had several large pieces of furniture that were breaking apart, and I am moving out of state and Manny and his team came and took it all away in less than an hour. I received a $20 discount for booking online and I was able to tip on my credit card. I couldn’t be more pleased! Do not waste your money on the national competitor!!! Go with Manny and Junk Masterz!
