We were in search of a new sofa and went to Ashley. We were greeted by the associate and were left alone to browse-which was perfect! No pressure to buy anything! We did find a sofa that was perfect for us! We made the purchase and set up the delivery. It was a pleasure working with Joy! The sofa was delivered two weeks before the estimated delivery date! And the delivery team was professional and very personable! The entire experience gets a 5 star rating.

Picking out the couch was the biggest problem as they had so many to choose from. My salesperson helped with all the information needed to make a decision. When the decision was made she facilitated everything, payment, date and time delivery, everything. If I ever need furniture for my home I definitely will go to Ashley.
