Gates is always extremely helpful and caters to your price point never try’s to upsell or makes the experience feel forced like most jewelers do. i highly recommend doing business with gates but international diamond exchange jewelers in general amazing experience every single time I buy from here!! My husband and I love international diamond jewelers. The employees are very helpful and informative, Kari has done an outstanding job working with us several times. Every time we go in we are greeted and helped in a timely manner. They really know their jewelry and do awesome repair work. The prices and quality are outstanding.

My wife and I had a wonderful holiday experience with James Free Jewelers. Duane has been our jeweler for years and in my opinion the best in the business. His knowledge, patience, and salesmanship make it an absolute pleasure every time we visit the store. Everyone on staff is always professional, courteous, and surprisingly very team oriented. We are always greeted with a smile and the offer of a beverage. I highly recommend James Free. It is a one of a kind, high end experience where the goal is to make a life long customer not a one-time sale.

The entire staff at James Free Jewelers is absolutely incredible! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rachel multiple times over the past year, and I can’t say enough great things about her. Her product knowledge and exceptional customer service are truly unmatched. Every visit feels special, thanks to Rachel and the entire team’s warm and welcoming approach. Patrick helped my fiance pick out the best ring! We went back to get my wedding band and it has been such an easy process! Finding options that fit us best, ordered in a sample for us to see with my ring, helped us get my ring resized and it’s all flawless! On top of that, they’re always so welcoming and offer a drink every time we come in even for cleanings which are super quick and leave my ring looking brand new. Cannot recommend them enough.
