I went to look at an apartment today and they were able to show it right there on the spot. The front desk lady was very nice and informed about everything. The place is nice, well keep, and quiet. Edit: A year later and now I would like to thank Ryan and Gavin for coming to help with maintenance issues In a timely manner and always being professional about everything. They always take a minute or two to stop and chat with the kids if they have questions or just want to talk and also have no issues with animals.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Province Dayton! The pool is absolutely fantastic—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The staff here are truly the best—always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any needs. Plus, the movie theater is such a cool bonus! It’s a great place to live, with top-notch amenities that make it feel like home. Highly recommend!.

Riversedge Apartments is such a great place to live! The property is super clean and well taken care of, with lots of green space and a really peaceful vibe. It feels safe and quiet, which I really appreciate. Cameron in the office is the best! She’s always so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell she really cares about the residents and is always willing to help with anything you need. She makes the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a nice, comfortable place to live with awesome staff, I definitely recommend checking this place out!.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at River’s Edge Apartments! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the apartments themselves are well-maintained and spacious. I truly feel at home here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!.

I've been wanting to move here for a while, but I wasn't that confident. However, Cameron has been extremely helpful and helped me gain that confidence. Thanks to her help, I think that I may end up moving here if things keep going this way! Beautiful place, I hope to be here soon!.

MEADOWS OF CATALPA REVIEWS

Went with my daughter to view their vacant 2/2 flat & twnhse. Office clerk was helpful, answered questions and gave us the addresses (but no basic direction). Although nice, the flat was too small for my daughter's needs but the townhouse was great! If they had hardwood floors I'd consider relocating.

My time living here has been great so far. No complaints. Anything that I have asked to be fixed was fixed within a day or so. The ladies at the office were are helpful and try their best to work with any issues we may have.

This is a nice apartment. Coming from home with many stairs it helps to be able to walk right in. Quiet neighbors and staff have been respectful and helpful!.
