my name is jason bryant recently there were two of your technicians out at my parents home. johnathan and i do believe his trainees name is josh, they were the most professional and helpful employyes we have encounter from any place of buisness we have delt with in in a very long time at least in my opinion definately satisfied with the work and professionalism.

Shaun and Bill have both pumped my septic tank. They were both punctual, informative, and took the time to answer all of my many questions. Thanks! Derrick is THE POINT MAN for diagnosing issues with septic and drainage fields and is very thorough and detailed in his explanation. He works very hard and does a great job of repairing the problem.

We had a property inspected today. It was a smooth process from the first call to the next day appointment. Communication was on point and the service tech was very courteous and professional. We absolutely recommend.

Stewart and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish, from what was supposed to be a simple job that turned into a nightmare! They walked into what was probably 10+ years of neglect and out of every possible code, and fixed everything perfectly! We could not have been happier with how well they did and finished with the weather being a huge obstacle to overcome. With non-stop communication and appreciation of how flexible we were with what everything they had to deal with. 10/10 will recommend everyone with a septic to SepTek.

Steve and his crew were professional, friendly and explained everything they were doing. They gave me some tips on how to extend the life of our septic tank. We really appreciate their work and will definitely use them in the future.
