This is one of the nicest hotels we have had the pleasure of staying at! The rooms are perfect, the entire place is clean, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing. It's is so close to many fun restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again. There is even a lounge with snacks!! I would give it 6 stars if I could. The perfect place to stay after a 10+ hour drive. Quiet, updated, and comfy.

Great place to stay. There were two things that they could have designed better, the toilet/door positioning and the bathroom threshold (it is the same tile color as the floor so it was hard to see the transition, and I stubbed my toe on it. Otherwise, everything was very lovely -- breakfast food was delicious with good variety.

Came to Dayton for the Airshow as part of the AA DC-3 display team. Airshow booked our rooms. What a really nice hotel! Nice furnishings in the room. Nightly free dinner and drinks plus breakfast (with real food). But, you can always go to one of the many restaurants nearby. I'm hoping we can stay here next year.

MARRIOTT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON REVIEWS

A nicely maintained older property with some recent updates and a really great patio/pool overlooking nice landscaping. This was a huge benefit while staying with my son’s soccer team, as it provided what felt like a premium space to socialize. The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing for $18, but I totally agree with other comments about level of service and attentiveness - well above expectations at each turn. I had a particularly pleasant interaction with a member of the housekeeping staff that offered to walk completely out of her way to help me get some utensils. I would certainly advise others to consider this property if in town.

After a long day of traveling, was given a warm greeting by Sandra at the front desk. She was incredibly courteous and made sure to ask if I needed anything and recognize me for my status at Marriott. Helped make sure I had everything I needed for my stay and felt comfortable that I was able to work in comfort on my trip.

Very nice Marriott. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to the concierge lounge made for a great stay, and staff was wonderful.

HILTON GARDEN INN DAYTON BEAVERCREEK REVIEWS

I stayed for 3 nights during Hamvention 2025. I'm very critical of the hotels I stay in and few hotels meet all of my expectations. I can say that I was 100% happy with all aspects of my stay here. From the location, the cleanliness and the amenities, I could not have asked for more. Especially noteworthy was my experience with the staff. The staff were professional, friendly and helped me with my requests. A special shout out to Agnes, Karen and LeAnn who all went above and beyond to help me. Agnes in particular spent alot of time helping me overcome some challenges I was having with printing and scanning a document. I was totally satisfied with my stay and I intend to stay here next year.

My husband and I have stayed here twice and we love it. The hotel is in a convenient location- close to many restaurants and a short drive away from Dayton. Adequate parking and clean facilities. We always book a room with a soaking tub and it’s always a nice, relaxing experience. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. It’s a wonderful little getaway for us. They have a nice indoor pool as well.

I did not stay at this hotel instead I came here for a job interview… But the hotel was nice and the staff was kind and everything was incredibly clean and well organized. I would expect nothing less from a Hilton property all in all five stars.
